Why are all of my followed tags at the top of the page?

I included a screen cap in case this is a unique bug or something, I haven't seen anyone else saying this so I was wondering if it was just me. Thanks!

The 'trending' tags seem to just be the latest tags used, instead of the tags that have actually been trending.
