I'm working on a paper to avoid an awkward girl.
In my first block class we were assigned a paper to write as a group. I was going to be in a group of three, with my best friend and some other girl, but three other people made their group official before we could, and i got split off by the teacher. I was paired with a really awkward girl. She never talks. Ever. At all.
So here i am, doing the paper by myself a day early. I figure i can say i thought it was due monday so i just did it myself. Not that it matters because i'd basically be doing it myself in class tomorrow anyway, except then the awkward girl would be taking credit for it too. I'm doing my homework early and lying about it so i dont have to deal with her.
1) How bad of a person does this make me?
2) Ever done something similar?

I never intended to screw her over, but it's certainly not helping her. I mean the assignment was given at the end of class friday, and my choices were either start it solo over the weekend or put it off completely and work around the awkwardness tomorrow. In all honesty i think it would have been stupid to avoid the assignment and go in unprepared tomorrow. And i have no way of contacting this girl to work on it as a team. And i dont know how to go about team writing a paper. But still. Even though it was the smart thing to do, i feel like id screw her over to turn in my own paper tomorrow.
