Right. The votes are in and this is how it is going to play as: Hemorrhage; No Bloom; Default Vehicles; Default Weapons; No Time Limit; 100 To Win. If anyone has a problem with how the game is going to be played then leave your concerns in the reply box. If you're concerned about the map and no bloom then there is nothing I can do as that was put to a vote. If you didn't vote then you're out of luck.
