Are confident women off-putting?

Just a little something I was thinking about recently. I've noticed that a lot of girls I know who are particularly, let's say, out there find that guys can be pretty hostile towards them, and that people who know them well tell them they're "intimidating". To me, this is so bizarre. I love confident women the same way that I love confident men. An average-looking girl who's comfortable in her skin is more attractive to me than a girl who's better-looking but won't meet your eye or start a conversation. Am I alone on this one? (Do girls just see it differently?) Is confidence in women really so off-putting?

 •
Posted by: shortD42 is aBK Average looking women do not have sex with me. I only accept the best.
You keep telling yourself that, sweetheart. I bet you're only still a virgin because you haven't found "the best" yet. Women are not typically talked down to. It happened to this women twice and it had more to do with fact that they were arrogant and rich.
Yeah, damn that uppity highly successful and respected woman! She's so arrogant for being smart and good at what she does and wishing men wouldn't talk down to her because they think they know better than her in a field where she knows better than most people. I bet she's ugly, too.
