Meh. While it's cool to see what exactly killed you, I more often feel it kills an aspect of ambushes/snipers. You know, gets a glimpse of some random thing near the sniper point, then scopes in and kills. Bam, now that guy's sniping location is ka-put because the person he killed knows exactly where he's hanging out. But eh, never played CoD MP that much. Might be wrong in how much the above happens.
