How would you write the number of sets per exercise, the number of reps, and weight etc.
Say something like this. Front lunges. I do 20. Is it written 2/20? Sorry my friend is doing a fitness log and asked me this question. Maybe you guys know xD

I usually do (# of sets)x(# of reps) @ (weight) Example: 3 sets of 8 reps at 20 pounds would be 3x8 @ 20. I don't know if this is the "official" way to do it, but as long as I understand it and can track my own progress, I don't see why it matters.
