I thought Bungie wanted to avoid sci-fi games

So, I thought Bungie were not longer going to make any sci-fi games, but instead wanted to go in a different direction.

 • Like the others who posted, I haven't heard that Bungie wanted to step of the science fiction path either. I do get the sense that Destiny is more of a science-fantasy game than sci-fi however, more fantastic, and not as grounded as Halo and Marathon. It is as if they're getting lighter and lighter in terms of sci-fi. Marathon was hard, Halo a bit less, and Destiny light/fantastic. It would be like comparing Star Trek to Star Wars; the first focuses a lot on science, the latter doesn't. That's my impression of Destiny anyway. [Edited on 11.29.2012 5:52 AM PST]
