Is Halo 2 XBC more populated than Halo 2 Vista?

I want to get one or the other, but whatever choice I make is a little costly. I don't have Halo 2 anymore, so getting XBC will require me to find and buy a copy of Halo 2, which is pretty rare these days. Halo 2 Vista is easier for me to find, and play. However, I want to get the more populated version.

I set up XBC a few days ago. It actually wasn't as tough as I originally thought it was going to be (that's what kept me from trying to get it working before). Halo 2 seems to always be the most popular game there. The most lobbies I've seen online was 19 or 20, with 1 or 2 games being played within each lobby. Seems like a small community, but it's pretty cool.
