What does the Bungie's career opportunity forcast look like?
Now that the holiday break is over, do you think it is a good time to send in that resume to Bungie?

It might look fun but the pay really isn't that great in AAA and half of the IT work is outsourced for cheap to India. Unless someone from Bungie can put my facts right.
There are some things you can only learn from a AAA company. AFAIAC pay is just a bonus, to get an inside look at the process of creating a AAA title, priceless..
You want it honestly? It's exactly the same as a smaller game, just with more people creating fancier graphics with fancier equipment. That's literally it.
Err, my teachers and past students of my school say no to that statement. That's not "literally it". If you go indie, you'll be more involved in the game you're working on. If you go AAA you'll get to see the codebase, learn how to adapt, etc. There's more, and saying "It's exactly the same as a smaller game, just with more people creating fancier graphics with fancier equipment. That's literally it.", is just wrong.
