The Didact's Lieutenants

I've wondered on the possibility of Didact having lieutenants on Requiem, controlling the Promethean Forces. While I personally believe the Didact survived his encounter with John (He fell into a slipspace portal below the Composer and he is immune to its effects, not to mention a single Pulse Grenade wouldn't have killed him), some here believe the Didact didn't survive. So who commands the Prometheans? 343 explained that the Knights retain their personality from their organic lives and its possible that the Didact would have specific Knights to lead Promethean Forces while he was busy. So, what's the chance of encountering such a Knight in Spartan Ops? I think it would be cool to see the more individual knights having their own colors.

"Only deployed when all else fails" does NOT fit the Battlewagons because they show up in every Knight Fight there is. Commanders are rarer and they're definitely more dangerous thanks to their Incineration Cannons But they're more like sergeants more than anything else. They lead troops on the battlefield, yes, but I severely doubt there isn't someone commanding them. You can't run an army on corporals and sergeants, bro.
