People are just so stupid in their hate for Halo 4...
I can understand when people don't like the game and have a good reason for it. But I was just on the waypoint forums and god did I see the dumbest reply to a guy that enjoys the game:

These idiots really expected to see ALL 7 MILLION PEOPLED THAT BOUGHT THE GAME TO BE ONLINE! I've never seen something as ludicrous as that on those forums.
No game has ever had every player that bought the game online simultaneously, Not 3, not 2, not Cod. Yet this guy acts as if halo 4 is the only game that this happens to so that obviously means everyone hates the game and it's garbage.
You guys can go ahead and bag on the game all you want, but you have to agree that both of those guys are complete -blam!-.

While some of the playlists and maps sucked. Invasion made everything up for me, as well did Griffball and Action Sack. But the best thing about Reach was the shear custom-ability of those damned custom games. Holy -blam!-. The Slenderman gametypes quite nearly scared me several times.

Those idiots do have a small point. Alot of people did buy the game, of course not the whole 6 million will play it. But compared to other games and previous Halos the population is absolutely horrible. It dropped off in two weeks in what usually happens in half a year with Reach. Facts dont lie that show Halo 4 is so funnily bad.

The Waypoint forums is the new Reach forum, which was the new Halo 3 forum (which was the new Halo 2 forum). There is a large following of kids for every Halo game. Right now Waypoint is teeming with them, creating stupid posts at a massive rate. All I can say is that this storm will pass like it has before.

[/quote] If Bungie made Halo 4, it wouldn't have been as good as Halo 3, but it would have had a batting average around Halo Reach's level of fun (which was fairly good). It wouldn't be out of the park, it just would have most likely been a bit better. But in reality, Bungie smartly pulled out in time, because honestly, you need to learn when to quit while ahead and not take dumps on canon. For those who can't get enough Halo, it can continue like Star Wars used to, in the EU. The idea that if Bungie made Halo 4 it would have been a perfect game is absurd. Halo Reach was not perfect. But a Bungie Halo 4 would have likely been better. I'd doubt they'd -blam!- on the Custom Games.
