When did remaining S-IIs receive Mark V-armor?
Just wondering, when did the remaining S-IIs receive the upgraded MarkV w/ shieldingtechnology etc? John got it 2552 when he got Cortana aswell but how about the others? Did they have them on before the massacre at Reach? Is it mentioned in the books?

IIRC, Mark V was actually handed out a good bit earlier. Chief got his later then most because he was the first to test it with an AI plugged in as well.

OK, so you mean that when John went through all of those tests against Col. Ackerson with the help of Cortana everyone else was being fitted the Mark-V but without an AI?

All of the Spartan-IIs, with the exception of grey team, received the Mark V armor at the same time.
