Does this book exist?

I heard of a book... "The Submission of the Hunters" in which, seemingly, explains the reason of the Scarab from Halo 2 being almost indestructible. A hard, rare mineral that would be present in Mklekgolo's shield, too. I really would like to know... is this book real? Thanks in advance

 • Never heard of it. There are explanations for the Hunters, but they don't come from their own novel.

 • I don't think it's a book, but it is an event within the universe. I don't remember which book they describe it in, but it was the event that allowed the Hunters/Lekgolo be absorbed into the Covenant.
