ODST Invasion Development Thread

I could go on and on. Halo 4 looks terrible, but you haven't played it yet. I'm sure as a developer you could do a much better job at creating a balanced competetive game? AS far as I'm concerned Bungie started going into the direction and didn't even try to balance the aa's. 343 from what I have seen has tried to make everything balanced.

I don't have a link to any bulletin but they have said that an "invasion-like" gametype will return. Never was it implied that Spartans vs Elites with 3 phases would return. And I'm glad. This means a balanced gametype similar to it will appear.[/quote]Well since we can't be elites in Halo 4, it won't be invasion. Similar at best.

  • Halo 4 will have an Invasion successor. I never said Invasion will return. Forge is good, and that's all I care about multiplayer-wise. [Edited on 08.29.2012 9:55 AM PDT]
