Kid dresses like rorscach and stops bully gets jailtime

A heavy blunt instrument is dangerous in anyone's hands and you're going to have to pull your swings to cause only minor injuries. I can do all of the above with my body parts but it's a lot harder to put someone in a joint lock than just swinging a baseball bat at them.

I'd say a week of detention just to say " be more careful about stopping crimes, make sure you know what you're doing"
