Credit Reset Disputes - 5/24/2011
Good afternoon,
We have executed a round of Credit Resets for accounts which have habitually exhibited idling or "AFK" behavior while playing in Firefight Matchmaking. If you believe your ban was a false positive, you can post a request for investigation.
[b]Only request an investigation if you are absolutely sure that your ban was a false positive, if we take the time to investigate your account and find that you do have idling or "AFK" behavior, we will place an extended Credit Ban on your account.[/b]
Do not use this thread for any other discussion. If you are not requesting an investigation of your Credit Reset from 5/24/2011, do not post in this thread.

I haven't afk'ed and have been banned and reset please investigate I hardly play fire fight anymore. Thanks.

Z I 3 I R I 0 If going afk for one firefight match in 30 to answer the phone constitutes the threshold for the reset then I am guilty. Otherwise you may want to recheck your data.

Just a quick question. I'm looking at [url=http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Reach/Default.aspx?player=xxsaviors0ulxx]xxsaviors0ul[/url] and [url=http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Reach/Default.aspx?player=t+u+r+k]TURK[/url]'s accounts right now and it says they're both privates. I would like an investigation done for the gamertag "Doomsock." I've only been idle during firefight when it's important like someone being at the door or the phone ringing. I will often sit in a corner and get a low number of kills compared to others since I try to get perfectionist commendations, but I'm definitely not idle. Furthermore, I only play firefight if there is a firefight challenge(s) for the day, in which case I'm usually trying to get those. [Edited on 05.24.2011 3:29 PM PDT]

Okay,I was a Legend, and I'm really upset about this. I'm all about punishing AFKers for stuff, but this was a little too far. I was hit, and the last time I've done this was about 3 weeks ago, and even then it WAS NOT habitual. I'm guessing this means a repetitive offense.. I know this was recently put in but I believe I was not deserving of being hit by this. Here is a link to my recent Firefight games. Any low scored games found says DNF next to them, which means I quit and had to go, I did not AFK. I would like my account looked into please. I used to idle back when it was "acceptable" by banhammer standards, but since then I've been playing unless I get forced into a -blam!- map/gametype combination in which case I just hang around doing very little since if I quit I get a nice quit ban.

i got reset! first day back and pow! I've AFK'd but this is just a huge detterence to not play the game at all. NICE!

Posting this only so you can see: I have a friend who AFK constantly every day but he does the 'play for a minute and then AFK' method. I can post games where he has AFK'd. Sorry, just really want to bring my friend to justice, he's been a pain lately anyways.
