I have been playing this game for 9 years now. And I am severely aware of when my latency drops to unplayable levels and people start jumping around the map. I just logged into my account today and saw my first warning about how my internet has been unstable? I regularly have about 200mbps running when I check the Playstation network test function. What I honestly think happened is that a bunch of players in armsweek rumble didn't like how I was using mercury A to 1 shot them after I got a kill by stacking oathkeepers, adagio and weapon stat and the new temporary armsweek mod.
My question is other than them reporting me for lagging are you pulling real-time records to see what my latency was at the tine of the report or just going off what they say? I really dont want to get banned for an issue that is for the most part never the case.

Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear of your recent warning. While we are unable to share any information about the restriction on your account, as you seem to be having some issues with latency, we'd recommend trying out our Basic Network Troubleshooting and Advanced Network Troubleshooting Guides to see if they help.

1 ReplyBungie doesn’t issue actions based on reports alone. The reports only flag the account, then they review the data.

They use reports and other data to id your issue, then confirm via log files, then issue the warning. They also dont issue bans for connection issues any more, just warning, then 2 week restriction, then 2 month restrictions after that.
