Display on public profile
hey I have my Friend have Display on public profile" under epic/steam etc accounts link that he can make it on/off, so in game he can only shoe his steam account or only show epic account, but i can see that in my account why ?

When you enabled cross-save, the 'Display on public profile' option gets hidden for you. The option being there for your friend means they don't have cross-save enabled.
