The universe can't be made more real for me so it has to be good enough. I have free will as far as I can know, so I will assume I do, as the alternative would quite literally be out of my control anyway. This also reminds me of a very wholesome webcomic about a guy who finds a computer disc with a simulator that perfectly portrays a reality, and he falls in love with a character in the simulation. They both explore the implications of their relationship and reality. It's called Miracle Simulator for those interested.
