Solo ops is insane after 450. I launched K1 last night, default for a B+ is Ultimate so -50.
Of course it’s a complete mess. So yes locking Ultimate at -30 will make it easier.
I had a much better experience in Pinnacle or Fireteam. Or PvP and Trials.

Double edge sword. At 500 i can run ultimate with two boons and no negative modifiers/banes. I found it easier running GM with everything cranked that running ultimate at 450. But, if they change it, it will always be -30 so you will never feel powerful.
