I know this is probably a post made when you where frustrated, but when you go to destiny.kd you will see that bungie doenst match on kd but on combat rating. And that most of your games considering trials has a open mm where fairly ballance with about a 15% win changes difference between games. This might not accumulate to what you see in game but it might understand where your frustration is coming from and see that accordingly bungie thinks there not doing anything wrong.

So why did I just match a 3 stack all 3.0kd+ with 1000 flawless+ and elo of top 0.2 and 0.1% , i might be average or good at times but im certainly nowhere near top 0.1 so that clearly doesn't apply

It’s prbly because your looking at kd and ELO again. Again Bungie mm works of a (cr) combat rating. It doenst not incorporate elo or kd.. not saying there not will be anymore matches there definitely will be just wanted you to be informed why you get frustrated, trust me I know trials can be a -blam!- show. Comp should be less of a -blam!- show because of mm parameters. But I am a above avrg player and I also run into games where it’s a 1 v 3 all the way. It’s just the nature of open mm and trials inherent is a canabalizing playlist. I’m not trying to be the guy who is saying no it is not your wrong just trying to help you understand why.

No i fully understand your point and the matchmaking system but iv got over 100 flawless and yet iv never felt matchmaking be anything like this, it's literally this whole past month been a nightmare, I haven't gone flawless in like 3 or 4 weeks which is insane for me, the only time I couldn't go flawless was when I took a year long break from the game, something is different
