Hey I purchased a digital soundtrack and got two emblems. Bungie sent me a PDF with one code for all 3. I get this error when I try redeeming it.

I have checked my order redemption history and my last code redeemed was last year. This purchase was made this year in Feb. I have checked my in game account and I don't have these emblems and wouldn't even know where to look for my soundtrack.
I have created a ticket a month ago and keep getting an automated response to reply above the line. Which I have done about 7 times now and showed my friends to make sure I'm doing it corectly 😅 I reached out to the eververse team and was told not to contact them for matters that aren't part of their department. I just wanted a staff member to see my ticket so I can get help with it.
