Bungie friends are tied to the Bungie account. Unfortunately what it looks like happened was you did your account linking in the wrong order and are now on a new Bungie account (as it was created today). Do you have any accounts liked to the old account? if so you can deactivate cross-save and move them back to the other account, but if not then I'm afraid you're going to need to dig through game history and readd them.
