Not possible at all. For security reasons, The only way to remove an account is to log into it. If you deleted the account and Steam will not restore it, then you're stuck with the account forever. Bungie cannot assist you as they do not have access to our platform accounts, only the owner does. This is why Bungie cannot remove any platform accounts. They can't remove something they don't have access to. In the future, make sure you fully review your accounts before deleting them.
