We know they have 'taunt value' or a similar stat, since titan barricades now are meant to draw aggro.
They could also steal the perk off Always on Time and award it for ~ 5 seconds in PvE.

That's a great idea. Or it could provide 3 seconds of invisibility on multilills in PVE only.
