Also the death walls in the Tym boss fight are annoying and obviously only exist to halt our dps and a cheap way to extend the encounter

So by your logic, Bowser is not allowed to shoot fireballs at Mario when he wants to bonk him on the head?? Or Metal Gear should have his rockets taken off him so Snake can stand their and shoot?? Or any attack from 99% of bosses in videogames should not exist because....moving is hard.

On a side note: you can block the wall damage with any sword (and probably glaive).

Yes because you should always be able to entrench yourself and not move. All bosses should just sit there and let you shoot them without any form of defence even though they are in control of the area when you show up. Sounds like someone needs to learn how to be mobile and pull a trigger at the same time. Otherwise known as get good.

Yes, actually in combat, you should be able to take a defensive position and lay down suppressive and/or cover fire.. as well as establishing fire superiority. Its basic combat..

Maybe if you are in control of the area. You know like if the opponents don’t control the actual space around you and you are forced to move. Now if you entrench in a foxhole in front of a missile strike that you know is targeted for there at that time and expect to live how smart are you? Would it be smarter if you knew the missiles path to dodge getting hit and move away from its target area or do believe that you should survive because you are immobile in the path of certain death. Also the boss only hard gates at half health with the hydra shields that require them to die to de shield the boss. Other than that it’s not a mechanic to make the engagement last longer. As a guardian who has nearly three million kills I think I have a better clue than the person who signed up and only had an account for a month or so. Go ahead and explain how you determine competency of the people making the comments because as a D1 player D2 Beta player I think I have a better grasp on how the game works than someone who only started recently, experience and overall time invested should be considered when deciding what side of an argument to jump into and try to defend what a whining new player with limited experience as being in the right and the devs as being in the wrong because you die to the same simple mechanic constantly too.

The fact you jumped to masterwork exotics and not a substantial point like raid clears or dungeon completions is telling. My point was, the guy has been playing for a month, just because you've been playing longer doesn't invalidate his opinion. If we're going by the standards you set, i have more raid completions, more dungeon completions, more grandmaster completions. For your sake, we'll ignore pvp. I started playing 4 months before you did back in d1. Does that mean anything you say to me is now invalid? We're all playing the same game you are. We all havs different viewpoints and opinions. Its worth at least voicing them.

Another foolish statement. You can accomplish all those things easily. Some people just choose not to and some people who have accomplished those things have been carried. My point is that if you had the experience you think you have you’d know this and the fact it has to be explained to you is ridiculous.
