Require all three players to “interact” to start the encounters.
Edit:I’ll just run it solo since you can’t fail it.

Absolutely not. You act as though you've never seen a griefer.

They just need to remove "Joining Fireteam" from the game. I'm fine if someone wants to fight the boss solo while I get my samples. It works well for the both of us.
