[b][u]Empowering Rifts[/u][/b] you create [b][u]grant Overload Shots[/u][/b] to you and allies inside it.
Does not work with Well of Radiance.
Weapons that have a Breaker Type, either by mods or intrinsically will not be overwritten.
[b][u]If on Void Subclass[/u][/b]: Casting Empowering Rift grants Devour for 11 seconds.

Also, if you already have devour active, casting your secant rift will not refresh devour…not sure if it’s a bug but it’s super annoying in pvp.

Ah I just assumed it would work. Kinda like the new dungeon exotic grants devour on kills even if you're strand

Some item or perk descriptions from Bungie are kinda confusing. Loreley helmet only works with Solar subclass but this isn't mentioned too

This is basically Destiny descriptions in a nutshell - give bare minimum and hope people do trial & error or research into it instead
