Artifice armor is exclusive to dungeons so they can charge extra

Theres no negative impact on endgame players - only incentive adding artifice armor to master raids
punishing the whole playerbase to try and gain another 1% in sales...FEED THE BEAST

Of course. Same with the NF rotation have a NF from every DLC. Same with guardian ranks etc.
