It was in the special slot in D1 why was it changed? Let’s me honest nobody is using it until it’s moved back lol.

Whoever is defending QB as a heavy weapon please explain why an energy sniper does more per shot, fires instantly with 0 charge time, has better ammo economy, and does more per shot. Explain why it deserves to share the same slot as real heavy weapons like Sleeper, Storm Chaser, Gjallerhorn, Lament, Xenophage etc. In D1 Queens breaker Bow was an energy weapon ffs

If only Bungie would make surprisingly good changes once in a while, like putting the Queenbreaker into the special slot just in time for Arc 3.0!
-
This would be a really awesome weapon to have as a special weapon. However, they would also need to significantly reduce its damage in the fast firing mode, to the point that it doesn’t one shot in pvp. This would prevent it from being too much if a menace in pvp, but it also should still be useful in pve for quick blinding with a low-cost ammo type, while the slower charging mode would be for more damage but worse at blinding multiple targets.

Guardian,Archon Of Light
Blade Of The Traveler - old
Because people are already complaining about Arby and Lorents They could just leave it a heavy and buff the damage to match other exotic heavies -
Lorentz should follow Queenbreakers and be made a heavy weapon. The only reason Arby won't is because it would piss off every endgame PvE player.

Edited by dramund3: 8/7/2022 6:07:18 PMWhy cant we long press reload to swap scopes still?
-
It came out when everything good was locked to the power slot and for some reason Bungie won't acknowledge it even after making two more that fit as a special.
-
Because otherwise everyone would use it in pvp again like they're using Arbalest and Lorentz again.
-
I say they move it back to special and then add a Solar exotic special linear All three Light elements then And Arbalest for kinetic so I don’t think they would need to add a Stasis one This would be very annoying for PvP though-
-
Back during forsaken Queenbreaker had this little quirk Bullet magnetism was INSANE. Remember when people complained about Sleeper Simulant in gambit? That managed to drown out concerns about queenbreaker enough for it to slip past being noticed and nerfed by bungie until much later. I got so many team wipes during its glory days

Edited by Desolator0: 8/7/2022 2:41:51 PMWith how broken and crutch Arbalest and Lorentz have been and still are in PvP, I'm fine with it STAYING a heavy.
-
Because Bungie doesn’t give a -blam!- what makes sense. They care about their garbage seasonal FOMO business model.
-
Because Bungie doesn't have the manpower to deal with linear fusion rifles properly.
-
Let’s be honest… even if it does get moved to the special slot nobody will use it.
-
Because people still complain about Lorentz.
-
Honestly, a catalyst like firing line or “deals extra precision damage to blinded enemies” could be good. It’s also the most likely weapon to work with Arc 3.0 out of the ones we’re not sure about yet. I’d love to see it as a special weapon like it was in D1 (it was my favorite D1 exotic) but I think it could be a solid heavy option with Arc 3.0 with a few specific buffs and tweaks.

i guess they do it on purpose ... 1 less gun to balance / make a catalist ... or fix
