==== Update 7/22/2022 ==== The code(s) should have come by email. I never got the code like others so I did the following and got mine: 1. (not sure if required) I had received a donation confirmation with a donation ID almost immediately after making the donation during the event, but I had not created a tiltify.com account when making the donation. So a few days ago I went to the site and created an account using the same email address that I had used to make the donation. I logged in to my (newly created) tiltify account, went to the Dashboard in my account and then the Donations tab. Then on the left side, I clicked on Reclaim donations, entered my email address again, and pressed the "Reclaim donations" button. I got an email from tiltify and clicked on it and that added the donation to my dashboard on their website. 2. I created an email forward of the confirmation email that I had received during the event with my donation ID. Addressed it to playlive@stjude.org , set the subject to "Donation incentives/rewards not received" and added a note "Hello, I participated in the GCX 2022 Charity Marathon and made a donation during the event, but I still have not received the reward items for the event. I have also checked my spam folders many times since the event. Would you be able to look into it? The confirmation email that I received with the Donation ID number is below." They sent me a reply within two days thanking me for the support and the codes associated with my donation. ==== Original post ==== In today's TWAB, we had the following: [quote]GCX CHARITY EMBLEM DISTRIBUTION Earlier this week, emblem rewards were distributed to players who donated to the GCX St. Jude charity celebration. Players who donated can locate the emblems under Collections > Flair > General. [/quote] I saw the emblem on a few players earlier this week so I thought the distribution had been started as well. Reddit posts say that folks got an email from playlive@stjude.org with the code. Which is inconsistent with the TWAB post. I did donate, have the confirmation email from tiltify that had the Donation ID, and the email states that the donation reward for my donation was "Spectral Sea + Euclidean Theorem". However, I don't see either one of the emblems under "Collections > Flair > General" in the game (I have restarted the game multiple times) and I have also not received any emails from playlive@stjude.org or any emails about the distribution of the rewards. Nothing in spam. I have received 8 emails from email@campaigns.stjude.org since the donation with general updates from St Jude asking for more donations thou. Is the TWAB inaccurate and the emblems are still being distributed? Was there supposed to be a code emailed that hasn't been sent out yet to some folks, or did some glitch skip direct collection add for me and some other players?
