Increase the drop rate of op keys please
Opulent keys doesn’t guarantee a Redbox. Why is there rng behind rng? Up the rate of opulent keys.

5 RepliesI think the drop rate is fine, I get one a run, if not every other run. Grab the 2 chests after the encounter too. Maybe once you crafted a one of the opulent weapons, it gets removed from the pool increasing drop rates for the others. As the other post said, you get one guaranteed each week, and by focusing the engrams I’ve had decent luck too.

If you're doing patrols, killing HVTs etc, it takes no time at all to get keys.. I really don't understand all this talk about low drop rates lol

8 RepliesYou have a guaranteed decoding of an opulent weapon though, it's not an RNG. You can do it predictively. Opulent keys are just a little addition to this farming. Also, you can farm opulent keys pretty quickly with running in between zones and doing chest-generating activities.

Get rid of having only umbral energy coming from containment and sever. Containment is a headache on my eyes flames/flashes.

I feel that the drop rate for the keys are fine, but they definitely need to tweak the drop rate for the Deepsight versions. In all of the farming that I've done, although I've gotten a fair number of Drang, which seems to be my new Edge Transit, I've have gotten one Deepsight version.
