Xur and Crown of Sorrow vendor icons blinking
The game shows that I have something new at both Xur and the Crown of Sorrow, but there is nothing to collect. Vendor icon (little head image) appears on the Destinations page, and both vendors are blinking when I load in. There are no rewards to collect.
I did recently reset rank with both Xur and the Crown, which is when this started happening.

DOUBLE CHECK. Each item to see if you have unclaimed rewards. Usually it's enhancement prisms.

Hi there. Make sure you have space in your Engrams inventory section and hover over each item in the row of rewards at the vendors. Vendors can also flash if you have a quest step directing you to go to them or need to complete a task you got from recently visiting them as part of a quest.
