Can’t claim digital rewards
I can’t claim the Bungie Online Rewards. I’ve been trying to claim these for the last few days and it keeps saying to update my email preferences when I have verified my email, phone number and checked all the email preference boxes. Please help :((

Edited by Diabolic: 6/14/2022 9:02:51 PMThis issue happened to me earlier and I found a workaround through my companion app, all I did was to go back to the email preferences and uncheck the first box, save settings then go somewhere else and return and check the box again. After saving the settings, you should be able to claim your rewards.

Same as me so annoying I’ve verified my email and another so many times but still says verify stupid thing lol
