I wish Nightstalker has more to offer in PvE besides Invisibility and Mobius Quiver

I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but I wish Nightstalker got a better rework for Void 3.0. I've been playing all 3 of the Void subclasses, and Nightstalker is just so...boring, compared to Voidwalker and Sentinel. All of its Aspects grant Invisibility, despite the glaring issues with it's effectiveness in PvE--issues that have been brought up constantly, long before Void 3.0. None of the Aspects help with crowd control, healing, damage reduction, or ability regen. They got rid of Heart of the Pack and Combat Provisions--2 things that were added or buffed when they reworked it for Nightstalker 2.0. Even the increased movement speed from Keen Scout, and the Corrosive Smoke ability from middle tree Nightstalker, are gone. For what reason did they decide not to include them? Quickfall is a risky ability with little pay off. I would have preferred a second Smoke Bomb charge and increased duration, radius, and lingering damage. Trapper's Ambush could have been a good perk if it also allowed you to remain invisible when you melee enemies while inside the smoke bomb cloud. Vanishing Step should have been reworked as Vanish in Smoke, with dodge making you invisible, and creating a cloud of smoke at the location that disorients/blinds and weakens surrounding enemies. The Invisibility on Smoke Bomb activation should have been added to it instead of Trapper's Ambush. Stylish Execution would have been a great perk if it also increased melee damage against Suppressed/Weakened/Volatile enemies, and returned ability energy when killing them. It would at least justify that pointless "Too Stylish" cooldown. The biggest issue is with Invisibility itself. It doesn't seem to work well half of the time. Some enemies will stop attacking almost immediately, while others will continue to attack the last location where you turned Invisible, or continue to follow your movements, shooting or chasing you until they finish their attack animation. It kinda makes Invisibility feel useless. They need to address that before basing an entire Subclass around it.
