Twitch Prime Rewards Not Received

I have twitch prime and recently a bundle was released called the Queenbreaker exotic bundle drop and when I claimed it, it said successful on my twitch page but when I went in game to collect it, it wasn't there, I have contacted twitch support and they let me know that it wasn't a problem on their end as it does say I have claimed it so they advised me to contact bungie to see if the items could be sent to my account. [quote]"What I can advise best to you is reach the owner of the game and let them know about our transaction in you Amazon account which is cleared and no problem as per our confirmation."

  • I am also having this issue, 2nd month in a row. I have followed all of the steps of un-linking and re-linking the account that bungie recommends. The rewards are claimed and not showing up on my partner rewards page or at Amanda Holliday.

  • You can try going to the Twitch Prime loot page for Destiny 2.. then under FAQ's find Step 13. Follow the re-link URL to update your account link. Then under your Bungie account linking settings it should say "Prime Gaming Approved" under the authorized applications. In my list it showed a couple things revoked.. not sure why. I tried logging back in to see if the items showed up, but they didn't.. at least not yet. But perhaps the next month will work.

  • You aren't the only one, this has happened to me 2 months in a row now. I thought it might have been because I switched from my Xbox One to my new Xbox Series X.. So I loaded in on Destiny back on my X1 and it still wasn't there. I've linked and re-linked accounts, all is the same as I've not made any changes. Not sure what the cause is. Kind of annoying as there is literally no support on this topic. Many posts have been made and seem to go unanswered. Maybe tweet at bungie directly?

    • Make sure you have Amazon Prime only one person can claim so if you share make sure it has not already been claimed. Make sure you have a Twitch Account. Sign into Prime Gaming. Find Destiny 2 loot drop click claim. Go to Bungie.net and log in Go to Amanda Holliday. The rewards will go to whichever platform you have set as your primary. These steps are all you need to do if done correctly it should work just fine. Unlinking MAY mean you may not be able to claim it this month and will have to wait until next month.
