Gambit since its inception has been a "fun" and different game mode in the Destiny Universe that I enjoy and I don't want to see it go away but I feel even with the changes made this year, its still too heavily one sided. Its a PVE/PVP game mode but anyone who has spent enough time in gambit to get a title understands that Gambit weighs far to heavy into the invader or PVP aspect of this mode. One fairly decent piece of argument is the Clan war that Redeem (Gladd) and Primal (Frostbolt) had and posted on various formats. Both of these individuals are considered very top tier but in different aspects of the game. When competing against each other the more heavily dominant PVP clan was able to not only win in 2/3 but absolutely dominated in Gambit. I'm quite sure the stats Bungie receives shows that as well. If you can dominate the PVP aspect of Gambit you can control the game. I hope to see in the coming TWABs before WQ that Bungie feels this way as well. I'd like to see the Invader spawns nerf'd heavily or taken out completely. If taken out, it can still be considered PVP as you are still facing off against other players with PVE in the way or pushing that aspect. Its far too often I find myself having to focus solely on the invader and damage he/she causes then actually doing what the game mode asks, Never mind solo queuing and expecting your blueberries to help out. I would like to see some healthy changes to this game mode in the future and mainly to PVP aspect of this game mode.
