How far back can a ghost revive a guardian?
Like can they revive someone from like the late 1800s or even further back to like the 1700s?
Just asking

With the witch queen preorder lore tab, someone that was in ancient Egypt just got revived. There isn’t a time limit

Once a ghost finds a guardian and revives them they are brought back. The concern would be how long a skeleton or dust remains could be found. Contain it in a collapsed building or where no wind can find it and you potentially have the recipe for a guardian from any time period.

2 RepliesIf I am not mistaken, there are rumors that Lord Shaxx is Shakespeare brought from the grave (He knows the tempest by heart, and recites it all for queen Mara of the awoken) So At least that far back, if not more Which does open up the possibility of a caveman guardian (average titan main)

Allegedly the guardian sleeping above the cosmodrome inside the ship is a reference or easter egg to halo, supposedly one of the oldest living guardians Given the events of halo are 2000 to 4000s or sometime after its safe to say that the resurrection time depends on the hosts degradation or their ability to manifest the light I feel it is improbable that a ghost could resurrect someone that was say, just a rib or just a spinal disc So it leads me to ponder storage and preservation, perhaps some ghosts work alongside hospitals, giving select few a 2nd chance Wether say a guardian on Europa that's spent years frozen could be thawed and revived by a ghost
