With that said, every class has a movement exotic with secondary functions appropriate (as deemed by their creators) for the class they exist on. But approach to exotic design is obviously quite different to each class, outside the movement exotics specifically. Are we going to ignore that at their base forms a Warlock or Titan skating arrive places faster than the movement class without Stompies? What is the balance you strive to make? What does balance look like in a game where things are different to serve a purpose or a role?
