All they have to do is actually make HC’s the high risk high reward option they are supposed to be. For so long people have insisted they are the only weapons that require actual skill when in reality they are the most forgiving primary weapons in the game with incredibly high aim assist, superior in air accuracy, and the versatility to be effective in most ranges. Just start by removing most of that ridiculous aim assist, and then we can see how that effects their overall viability. Maybe that will actually make them the skilled weapons everyone always thought they were.

That's fine but HC's have the slowest TTK's in game outside of 180 rpm scouts if you cut the AA HC's then you need to cut it for ALL weapons. Reason being, to compensate for the RoF. Semi auto weapons, let's be real, ARE already high risk/high reward. 1 missed shot drops your ttk tremendously so there's almost no room for error unlike with say AR's.
