I bought $100 worth of loot from the Bungie Store in [I]August[/I] and the order somehow was marked "completed" without me ever having received anything.
The tracking link on the order goes to a dead page.
I have sent a half dozen emails requesting assistance and only once have I received a response so far, from someone who sent me a block of text about Witch Queen pre-order shipping dates. (I did not order Witch Queen, so... thanks, I guess?)
Every attempt to get service is met with a note saying that they're very busy and it might be a while before they respond, but it really seems like there is no way to get support at present.
No phone number
I've taken to Twitter. Nothing.
Now I'm here.
I'm going to see if my credit card company will reverse the charge, and will report the issue to the FTC.
If anyone has any idea how to get ahold of these people it would be appreciated.

2 RepliesJust to clarify, you bought something directly from bungie, right? Not psn or xbox live or steam? If it's any of these 3, I'd think twice about doing a chargeback. They've been known to issue bans for that.
