It’s outrageous that there isn’t an actual place to speak to customer support from Bungie. I have created at least ten emails, towards “customerservice@bungiestore.com“. Do not call yourself customer support if you cannot support your customers. i cant believe i have to post this to your forum page, because this is literally the last place i could have thought to get help. I ordered the Vinyl-Generalist Ghost shell. Email stated “3-5 business days”. Well i have been waiting over month and still no word from Bungie. Why do you have a customer support email, if all it does is create automated messages and doesnt create any support beyond its first automated message. I want some answers if im spending money on your content.

The Bungie store staff doesn’t monitor this forum. I get being upset but unfortunately all you can do is contact them and wait. They are very backed up and answer emails in the order they receive them. I know that’s not the answer you want but it is what it is.
