To be honest bungie is the ones to blame here they were with all these other companies previous to Sony it seems BUNGIE IS GREEDY. don't take my word for it but it seems that way they keep the ip ect then they use the company fo money and then years go by and split up. It sounds to me that bungie is the real problem here

  • Its the same thing they did with Microsoft, only difference seems to be Bungie keeps the IP.

Microsoft owns the publishing rights now. The Studios may have creative rights but Microsoft can still keep it to their platform if they want. Bungie still has publishing rights so they can put their games wherever. Could there be exclusive content for PS? Sure, but we won't see that for awhile and from how the deal seems to be, it would be at most certain in-game items(seems not likely but I won't hold my breath on that)

  • As well who cares if some cosmetics are exclusive there definitely wont be any exclusive weapons and such as you are think of when Activison struck a exclusivities deal with sony just because sony owns Bungie doesn’t mean they will demand Bungie make exclusive dlc or stuff for Destiny. They can demand Bungie to make a Exclusive game though

  • You are talking about publishing rights then not Intellectual Property rights which the guy I responded to was talking about
