Why are some of my expansions that I purchased and played for months now saying that I do not own them?????

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed. Delete and reinstall. It worked for me

My console is saying I own them all (except for the witch queen), but when I try and go past the first part of the campaign it won’t allow me. I’ve restored the license, and cleared the cache and nothing seems to be working.

1 ReplyThe same thing happened to me! I share a console with my brother and we've been sharing all the expansion packs for months, but just last week it removed all my access from the expansions. My brothers account still has access though. He was the one that bought them, but I should still have access. We tried researching and reaching out to Xbox support but nothing worked. It's a weird issue and I have no idea how to fix it.
