You might know him, it's a video by Asmongold, a big WoW content creator, who goes on a rant about Blizzards priorities, timegating, wasting players time, only catering to the vocal minority (content creators and absolute hardcore players) when it comes to life support and content production.
This video about WoW literally directly translates to whats wrong with the Destiny development right now and it was scary how blatant the similarities of both games are when it comes to the terrible content structure.
We just don't have a single community representative who actually tells the truth about the games state because they either quit and play something else or entirely depend on Destiny as their main source of income and do not tell the truth about how bad the game really is right now because they can't afford to do so. This guy is 50 times bigger than the biggest Destiny content creator and can afford to tell the truth about whats going on. And it's sad.

Hilariously, you just linked and talked about the video of both a content creator and hardcore player in the vocal minority. Who wants his opinions on the game listened to and blizzard will likely point to as representative of the player base when in meetings about increasing engagement. Not invalidating any of his points, but the irony is thick enough to be mistaken for sandwich spread.
