destiny 2 prime loot Queenbreaker drop

On the prime gaming drop it says, "If you linked your Bungie.net and Amazon accounts prior to October 2021 and do not see your content in-game, please relink your game accounts to resolve the issue." so I relinked my account and still have not received the items what can I do?
