So you mean to tell me not only is Bungie not fixing the issue but Bungie isn’t going to acknowledge & address the issue here.
They have acknowledged it.
From the Known Issues sticky in #help:
CONSOLE
• We are investigating an increase in crashes on Xbox and PlayStation Consoles.
From the latest TWAB:
We’re investigating reports of random crashing on the PlayStation platform.
Yes, the crashing sucks, but all we can do is be patient and wait for them to fix it.

At least they addressed it but patience only runs so deep. Tell me something? If you was to go to your favorite restaurant and order your favorite meal only to have it brought back to you undercooked, will you patiently wait an entire month for them to fix it? Do you think you should be accommodated for the amount of time it takes to get it fix. It has been long enough at this point to where there is no patiently waiting for them to fix it. What if due to all the crashes people consoles start to brick? Then what?

What if due to all the crashes people consoles start to brick? Then what?
It has only been 2 weeks. 2 whole weeks. It’s not really a huge amount of time is it? Pushing out patches costs money, and can’t be done solely by Bungie. Problems need to be identified, investigated, then fixed, then wrapped up into a nice little patch (per platform), the patches then need to be approved be each platform and then pushed out on an agreed schedule. For all we know, Bungie could currently be working on fixes for at least 30 unique problems. It is not in their interest to go through the process of pushing out an update for each and every one when it is more effective and costly to wait and then push out one. If you can’t be patient, you are more than welcome to go elsewhere - same as I would if served food that was undercooked. Edit: I should also point out that the crashes, especially on PlayStation as that looks your platform, are all producing error reports which means they are being handled by the system as an error and not causing the console to brick.
