Dusted off Destiny 1 and it’s still great!
Title says it all. Created a new character and started running through the original campaign. Having a blast with it. Also noticed there’s still appears to be a decent amount of people still playing it.

And the pvp is way better too. My opinion, but RoI finally nailed pvp. D2 has just taken a few years to become more like destiny 1.

Went back and played Prison of Elders a few months ago. My all time favorite game mode

I go back to D1 whenever I'm bored with D2. It's a lot of fun and nostalgia.

The music, nostalgia and ambiance are still superb. I just can’t get over how slow I feel in there compared to D2. Went to Venus and had a good time.

It’s horrible. I 2-man’d Crota last April and was horrid. Sooo slow. 30fps. No mantle

No mantling is an almost deal breaker for me regardless of how much fun I had in D1.

2 RepliesLast year I went back and beat the entire story on a new character. D1 is not as good as many remember it. And it’s not just the fact that it looks like crap and is only on console. It wasn’t “bad” but it was very far from “great”.

I actually soloed crotas end last night on D1. Fun time. Only took me 30 minutes to solo start to finish
