So I haven't been able to log into d2 for 24 days (and still counting) It loads up the main menu shadowkeep screen I press enter then it stays at the sign-in screen for a minute then I get this error, there is no error code, notif of what happened all it says is that D2 servers are unavailable. I have reset my router, pc, and some other stuff even verified the integrity of game files and uninstall reinstalled, there is no way to contact their support team through their official site and I'm pissed about it. I have played the destiny series for too long to quit, Loved d1 a lot, d2 is meh but FFS I'm ready to quit. Is anyone else having the same issue?

2 RepliesHi. Thanks for your report. The "servers are not available" message indicates that there is a connection issue of some kind happening between you and Destiny 2. This may be an internet service provider issue. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. A wired connection is recommended to play Destiny, and if your connection is being used for other things when playing the game, such as streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. If issues persist, try our Advanced Steps Networking Guide for possible router solutions, such as enabling UPnP. You may also want to enable IPV6 on your router if you have it.
