Bungie will be sending you a cease and decist order. You can neither market nor sell anything that is stamped Destiny without explicit approval. Yes as a project it’s ok but it ends there unless your posting it free here. I guess you might have good lawyer maybe?

He isn’t selling anything so he should be alright. Also i think it would count as a school project that suit happened to be on the internet(I’m not sure about this last point

He made an advertising plan. Another words even if hypothetical it’s enough to get a letter. Also mentioned a book in progress of said project. So it’s Bungie here, a guy was showing T-shirt artwork and received a notice. I don’t believe he even made one yet. His designs made what Bungie puts out look like a child created it.

So if you understood what I did on this project : I'm not selling anything. This is an advertising campain made to promote the book Destiny Grimoire Book ! That's a fake campain I did for my studies because the book didn't have any advertising campain and I choose to create one as if Bungie ordered it for me (it's a simulation). There is no such thing as having a lawyer or bringing the C&D order since this is absolutely fan made with 0 profit and bringing a fake advertising campain for their products. I only aim at Bungie noticing the job I've done as a passionated fan :)
